Billing and Refunds Policy

1. Deposits and platform balance

  • Deposits add usable balance or service credits to your Nexabee account for future services.
  • Balance is not a bank account, custody account, payment account, stored-value instrument, or insured deposit.
  • Balance may only be used within Nexabee for eligible services we make available.

2. Refund policy

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable except where refund is required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.
  • If an account is suspended or terminated for breach, abuse, fraud, chargeback behavior, legal risk, or policy violations, no refund will be owed except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Completed, partially completed, reserved, or already allocated services, operations, or platform resources are generally non-refundable.

3. Crypto payments

  • Crypto transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for the correct wallet, address, chain, memo, network fee, and transaction details.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failed confirmations, third-party wallet errors, exchange errors, chain congestion, or value fluctuations.
  • Where a payment cannot reasonably be matched or recovered, we may be unable to credit it.

4. Future card payments and disputes

  • If we offer card payments or other fiat payment methods in the future, those transactions may be handled by third-party processors subject to their own rules and checks.
  • You authorize us to contest any dispute, chargeback, or reversal we reasonably believe is invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with these policies.
  • We may recover chargeback fees, reversal losses, processing costs, collections costs, and related administrative costs from you or from your available balance where permitted by law.

5. Inactive accounts

If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may charge a USD 5 monthly inactivity or maintenance fee against the remaining balance, where permitted by law. For this purpose, inactivity may include a lack of meaningful login, deposit, order, or support activity.

6. Holds, offsets, and investigations

  • We may place temporary holds on balance or suspend withdrawals, credits, or service access during fraud review, abuse review, sanctions review, complaint handling, billing disputes, or security investigations.
  • We may offset amounts you owe us against your available balance where permitted by law.

7. Changes and contact
